Robin Roberts has ancestry from X̱aayda, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, shkewétsen, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and Ts'msyen nations. He was born in Prince Rupert, BC, and has lived in the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and səlilwətaɬ territories since 1999. Robin works in the following mediums: carving, digital, drawing, and painting. He works primarily in Northern style Formline as well as Coast Salish design. On top of being an artist, Robin is an Indigenous Education Teacher with the Vancouver School Board and holds a BEd and MEd from the University of British Columbia, as well as a BFA from Emily Carr University. Robin has a Master of Education in Art Education and Bachelor of Education in Art Education from UBC, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Emily Carr.
